Project Engineering functions for Amenam Oily Water Treatment Upgrade Project

Responsible for driving the project engineering function and site interface management for the Shell Nigeria Soku Condensate Spiking (EPC) Project - CAPEX in excess of US$34 Million.

 Prepared and presented technical procedures for piping and structural related construction works.
 Estimated technical requirements for equipment and materials for construction prior to mobilization.
 Scoped sub-contractor work and presenting to Project Manager for review and approval.
 Reviewed sub-contractor volume of work done (VOWD) and issuing milestone completion certificates.
 Reviewed sub-contractor technical and financial competence and submitting ranking to Project Manager.
 Interfaced with Construction Manager and other Saipem Discipline Engineers on project matters.
 Reviewed technical basis for engineering design change and issuing change request for client’s approval.
 Reviewed test packs to ensure completeness during pre-commissioning.
 Reviewed work packs and cost-time-resource estimates prior to loading in Primavera P3.
 Reviewed of as-built documentation and modification drawings due to need for engineering change.
 Promoted and ensured zero LTI during condensate handling and transfer and during tie-in operations.
 Successfully managed a multi-discipline team (of peak 205 personnel) and achieving over 270,000 man-hours without LTI.
