• Created Master Equipment List (MEL) from P&IDs, PFDs and single line drawings.
• Involved in the Maintenance Strategy Analysis - Failure Modes and Effects analysis, Criticality Analysis, Optimisation study and RCM.
• Created the lubrication schedule of the facility.
• Involved in the development and construction of Planned Maintenance Routines and Program for core disciplines.

• Review of facility asset register, equipment spare parts/BoM & documentations with the Maintenance Engineering Department before uploading to the CMMS (SAP).
• Creation of Materials Master Templates for uploading to the CMMS (SAP).
• Prepare scopes of work and ensure that all materials and equipment are available as and when required for modifications, repairs or maintenance activities.
• Contributes to the preparation of the preventive maintenance schedule for plant and equipment and ensures that planned work takes place.
• Prepares various calls for bid to contractors invited to tender for work to be carried out.
• Supervises the execution of modification works at site especially for works executed by external contractors, ensuring that proper COMPANY procedures are followed, and that all modifications are properly documented.
• Assists with the analysis of equipment malfunctions and makes recommendations for repair and future preventive action.
Part of the Maintenance Contract team involved in commissioning assistance (Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation) in Ulsan, South Korea.
• Participated in various Operation and Test Procedures (OTP) on various equipment for post-commissioning verifications.

• Reviewed client’s scope of work for every project to establish the necessary piping/structural standards – familiar with various international codes and practices.
• Visits worksites (onshore / offshore) for appraisals, surveys and dimensional verifications.
• Involved in both Technical and Financial bid packaging / presentation for piping and structural works
• Responsible for the preparation of Fabrication Plan & Schedule. Project man-hour loading, fabrication supervision & control. Schedule monitoring & updating. Calculation of total man-hours, equipment usage & material costs including overhead & consumables consumptions.
• Prepared and reviewed workpacks, procedures for construction, welding, hydrotesting, anticorrosion works and commissioning of projects.
• Project progress monitoring, preparation and consolidation of weekly report – submits to management and clients.
